My practice is focused on healing the soul,  aligning to true north and feeling the flow, deep and connected. I try to bring a little of my own magic to complement your practice. Mental and physical health are interrelated and should be supported together on the mat.

ENERGY HEALING

Energy Flow

The magic of healing, Reiki is an energy healing technique, that assists with stress reduction, relaxation & healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that "life force or universal energy" flows through everything, "spiritually guided life force energy."

Create a little space for yourself. Maintaining a moment by moment awareness of our thoughts. Mindfulness 'A mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and reactions.
