A little spiritual education
I grew up knowing but not quite understanding that I was different. I believed in fairy tales and magic far beyond the age I should have. I'd play for hours by myself, except looking back I don't believe that I was actually alone.
Growing up I felt at odd with the world, cruel words spoken and the harsh realities of life. I've gone through rough patches, learnt tough lessons. Some I have clung to, and some I hadn’t even realised was a lesson. Now those people and situations that are a paradox of time and reality, simply a perception. These days the dramas of life make me smile and offer up thanks that we are not all the same and none of us are in fact alone. Things aren't always what they seem. It just depends on how you look at it.
Fortunately a long time ago, my friend, teacher and spiritual mentor came along. She hasn’t written any books or spoken publicly about her spirituality, but she is the wisest kindest person I know. Undiscovered depths of knowledge and capacity to love unconditionally. Someone I have a profound respect for.
Through her I learnt the principles of spiritualism and mediumship, and found answers to questions I didn’t even know I had asked. I grew up hearing stories of White Eagle listening to recordings of trans mediumship dug out from times long ago. I am honoured to have been part of such a rich heritage of healing and spiritualism.
As time went by I sought out new adventures and joined a development circle. A group of people that I am very proud now to cherish as my dearest friends. They honed my gifts, they gave me a voice. From them I grew…
I’ve seen and felt things that go beyond the scope of the reality we reside in. I am honoured to have the opportunity to question my reality and to be part of the answer. So after years of development and as I close the chapter of the end of this development circle I realise that I have become what I had always been, a medium, a physic, a healer because it is within us all, waiting to be awoken. Waiting to be set free, all you need do is ask.
P.s. I’d love to hear from you on Twitter or Insta
